Fall and Winter Practices
For all of our Youth Development athletes we will begin practices again on Thursday September 6. We will meet at the warm-up track at 5pm. Practice will conclude at 7:00pm. For those who have not been involved in the Fall program it is vastly different from the remainder of the year. Normally we will practice at one of three places: warm-up track, field between CEPS and the student union building , the hill beside LaFrance. The next two months we will be building a base of strength and speed endurance will keeping in touch with sprint speed. There will only be minable work on technique. Many athletes in this age group will be playing a Fall school sport. If this is the case please let Peter know when you will return to practice. Some athletes ,who are doing a school sport, will still be at regular practice once or twice a week. We need to know your status so that we can properly prepare for our indoor season that begin on Monday November 5.
